Rock Solid is for School years 7 to 9 and meets Mondays 7.03pm to 8.32pm in the downstairs of the Church Centre. A Youth for Christ initiative, Rock Solid is a chance for young people to let their hair down, meet new friends and find out more about what it means to follow Jesus.

Wacky games, outings, mess and more...wear old clothes and come along. Tuck shop available. 50p subs

Rock Solid meets Youth Alpha

Over the Spring Term we incorporated the Youth Alpha course into our normal Rock Solid programme. This course was a chance to explore what it means to follow Jesus and looks at questions such as 'Who is Jesus?', 'Why did Jesus die?' and 'How can I be sure of my faith?' A great place to ask and explore questions of life and faith.

Youth Alpha is part of St. Thomas's preparation for teenagers wishing to be Baptised and / or Confirmed. There will be a Baptism and Confirmation service at St. Thomas's on Sunday 13th June 2010. Please get in touch with our Curate, Saju, Ian or Sarah (our Youth Pastors) as soon as possible if you are interested in being Baptised or Confirmed.
