Students

If you are student in Lancaster, you will be most welcome at St Thomas’s. We value your participation. At St Thomas's we have a student hospitality scheme. If you would like to get to know us better fill in the slip on the weekly Notice Sheet, hand it in at the Welcome Desk and a House Group leader or member of the staff will make contact and help you settle in to Lancaster and offer hospitality while you are here.

Getting Involved

We're a big church and one of the best ways to meet people is to get involved. There are loads of opportunities for students to volunteer with St Thomas's; worship teams, sound desk and computer operators, children's and youth work, welcome teams, flower arranging groups. Socially there are men's groups, women's groups, a book group, football team and a 20s-30s group. In addition to the main Sunday services, there's After Hours for 6th formers and those in their 20s, and housegroups.
